We use locally grown, mostly organic produce and support our surrounding farms.
We are part of the "Proud to be NC Agriculture" network, and are defined as "Farm to Table" and "Slow Food".
While not everything is organic, everything is natural, and definitely fresh.
We do not use processed foods and we thrive to use the highest possible quality products year round.
We will also accommodate any food allergy or dietary requirement if you let us know about them in advance.
